The pad setup is certainly not the only factor. My car is very stable using DTC-60 front / HP+ rear.

They definitely exist. My 1990 Integra (DA) had 14x5.5" steel wheels fitted as stock (used them as rains for a while before I sold them).

Doesn't someone make an adapter plate that will have feed lines for an oil cooler and NPT ports for pressure and temperature. I currently own 2 like that, but haven't looked in a while.
