Well, here is the thing, my friend got 99' prelude, with the f20 motor (euro car, its the 130hp engine), but he has already swapped a f20b motor in it, (200hp engine) but it doesn't seems too work....

It happened to me, when I was driving at 50mph it threw a cel, and it was the knock sensor, its code 23

you have to wire 2 wires, vtec solinoid valve, and vtec oil pressure switch... search i fact for ecu wiring..

And yes, there is a speed limit in the jdm ecu...

I havent really search. But are the h22 knock sensor, and the b16 knock sensor, the same sensor? can I use the b16 knock sensor?

Just wondering, cuz its too much trouble for me to ship h22...
