AC Idler Pulley Bolt Stripped.

Hello I was changing my timing belt and needed to take off the AC idler pulley. And the center bolt is a little stripped. Is there another way of removing it? Anyone else have this problem? Thanks.

HID RELAY ?

Hey I just installed my hid pnp kit and the lights are flickering a little. I want to get a relay kit but not sure which to get. I read some relay kits suck and some are good. Can anyone link me one....
