I think that maybe the FPR is broken because when I try to adjust fuel pressure, the guage hardly moves, it stays around 80 psi. could it be that the diaphram in the FPR is stuck closed? Its been 3...

255lph walbro, b&m fpr, everthing else stock as far as fuel is concerned. Checked for vacuum leaks and looks ok. What might cause fuel pressure to stabilize at 80psi?
