Re: New member new honda owner

Sounds like a solid deal to me. Non boosted stock si's go for way more than that around here with 200k on the clock. People are nuts these days with the prices.

Re: Poor gas mileage, oil on engine?

I will co-sign with that, my 2001 es1 has 175k on the original timing belt. When it breaks, i will finally have a valid reason to tell the wife i need an engine swap.

Re: what would YOU do to my civic?

Seats! Find some rsx seats or ep3 (civic si) seats. I hate the stock seats in our cars.

Double din touch screen dvd player.

Maybe some wheels, but I really wouldnt worry about wheels, ride...

Re: B18 swap

Man I wouldn't even mess with this at all, b series motors and our gen civics are as different as they can be. Everything for this swap would have to be custom-mounts, wiring, etc. Check the FAQ.

Re: 2002 civic dash trim

Ive found a flat head screwdriver with a little masking taped wrapped around the tip helps out a lot. The tape keeps from scratching up the plastic and provides leverage to help removal. Works good...

Re: My Slow ES1 daily driver build

paint them silver and rock them, I say. If its just a daily, ride quality/gas mileage should be key things to consider. Dont waste money on wheels if you already have some.

It has acted this...

Re: Fun Sunday: Installed that Dry Carbon Wrap on a friend's roof/trunk. Suby and Mia

well my front bumper is peeling pretty good, and i figured give this a shot. Might work out better than trying to sand down the 4+ layers of paint. Plus it would have the added benefit of no more...

Re: Fun Sunday: Installed that Dry Carbon Wrap on a friend's roof/trunk. Suby and Mia

Looks awesome, but how does it handle the elements: rain, dirt, bird presents, sunlight fading, chips?
My front bumper could use this for sure. Would that be possible?

Re: Supercharged 300C

Eh, I'm the only one who thinks there is too much chrome I guess. Maybe its just due to the fact it is pearl white. I still dig it though. I'd love to see it on bags, tucking those 22's deep.

Re: From 2000 SI to 2004 STi

I guess I was the only one who noticed the chick in the second pic with the nice big boobs hanging out behind the yellow civic. C'mon people.

Re: Pro and Cons of the 2009 Accord LX-P for me

I seriously doubt they will take the car back. I mean you test drove it and bought it, deal is done. Maybe try a pillow/cushion for your seat. My civic's seat is the same way to me but its just...
