lowering problems! need help

ok i have tein basic dampener kit and have a 3 inch drop plus i have 17's
my inner fenders(not the plastics) the inside of the wheel wells are rubbing and causing the welds tho show is there anyway...

i have a 00 civic sir and i was wondering will a tag axle work on my car? like a b18 axle or do i need a b16... any advice would be huge ! thanks!

i dont mind the lip but wanted to keep a darker them to the car but for the wheels there just temp for now

the 99-00 are more of a strait down angle close to the fenders and the 96-98 and way more rounded. making the fenders diffrent too
