Remove the screws that hold the Speaker Housing and Speaker, Door Handle Cover, and Window Crank (or Power Window Master Switch).
From there, the Door Panel is secured with plastic press-in clips....

I pulled the Extension/(Pry Bar/Lever) toward the Bumper. With the lower part of the extension pressed against the Alternator, this would push the Alternator toward the Firewall, increasing tension...

NOTE: This is based on my experience with 96-00 Civic models. Online retailers show similar products between 92-95 and 96-00 UBJs, so I can only assume they are attached to the UCA similarly...
