Well, I fixed it. I finally got the horn that was smoking disconnected and and that was where the short was. All better now.

Still not sure if that's the horn relay, but the horn clip has to be...

The first thing I'd check is that the wiper arms are on good and tight. Where the arm meets the car, there is a little 'nub' that you can tighten with a wrench or maybe even a socket if you want to...

Is this what a horn relay on a 94 accord looks like (1994 EX with SRS)? This is located right next to the accelerator pedal. It looks a lot simpler and smaller in the shop manual.

I *think* I found the horn relay, right next to the accelerator... it's a black thick L-shaped Denso box with a green connector. The thing is mounted to a bracket, and...
