Rear brake calipers
I've got a 94 Accord EX. My rear brakes were squealing and I checked them out to find on both sides my pads had worn down unevenly and the outer rotors were rusted and warped. It seemed my calipers were shot. So I ordered some reman'd ones online foir $60 after being quoted $199 a piece (!) all over town. After one place sent me the wrong ones, and then lied for a month about sending replacements, I finally got my calipers today. Now I have more problems...
The calipers do not have the brackets on them. I called the remanufacturer, and they said to just use the old ones. Is this the right thing to do? Will I have to do anything special, or just bolt them on with the existing hardware? I'm scared because the uneven wear pattern makes me think it was the bracket bolt sticking that was the problem in the first palce.
The remanufactured ones are Nissin, but I don't know what is on there. I've seen different guides for both Akebono and Nissin, but will it make a difference what the original part was? Or are they both the same specs?
Did I even diagnose it right in the first place? I got a free inspection from Car-x and they said the same thing, but now I'm wondering how both calipers happened to fail the same way at the same time. Could this be e-brake related? This is so frustrating. I have no money to just get it done wherever, and have been driving with shot brakes for a month already because of the original parts house. Thanks for your help.

Re: Rear brake calipers (coregis)
If you didn't get a caliper bracket then you probably didn't get new caliper slide pins (#18 & #33). Those may have been the problem to begin with; but lots of times they just need to be removed, cleaned, greased, & put back together.
Make sure the caliper slides nicely back & forth, replace the slide pins if they're bent. I'm guessing(?) it's unusual for the caliper bracket itself to get bent.
When you fit the new pads into the caliper bracket, make sure they aren't wedged too tight - they have to release when you aren't pressing the brake. Sometimes I have to file the ends of the pad's backing plate, so they fit nice.
Also make sure your handbrake cable isn't sticking.

Mine did not come with the mounting brackets either, but they did come with slide pins..I used a pipe cleaner to clean out any debris where the slide pins went. Worked well

Re: Rear brake calipers (jmd471)
new calipers don't come with brackets unless they're big brake upgrades. the only calipers which don't have them are floating calipers. afaik no honda's have floating calipers.

Thanks so much everyone for the picture and info. I am definitely missing the slide pins. They did give me new rubber bushings.
My original brackets are pretty damn rusty. I may just send these parts back and pay a bit more for ones with reman'd brackets and slides because I have to have a shop do the install due to no space or tools, and it was hard enough finding someone to do it with my parts.
Any thoughts on the Nissin/Akebono differences? My question is that I don't know what is on there or what will be sent out... it shouldn't make a difference, correct?
