JDM F22B into a 93 Accord...what else do i need.

Ok, after finding out my head gasket is blown, I got quotes from many mechanics and they wanna charge me 600-800 bucks to fix the car. Considering my Accord has 237K miles on it and has a head gasket...

I was letting it "die" cuz I was convinced it wasnt anything too bad..

When I saw white smoke today, I knew that was a red alert. I am gonna go ahead and check the head gasket change myself today...

I just did spark plugs last night, car still runs the same (plugs i pulled showed normal wear, nothing weird in the plugs)

Havent had a chance to check the distributor cap, or rotor, but will...
