Those spring rates are beyond the functional capability of your dampers. If you're not prepared to match the correct dampers with those springs, reduce the spring rates.

Great method that also brings closer to level an inevitably unlevel surface. I've been using plastic grocery bags under the tires which have worked great in the past but don't take it the one step...

If it's anything like the EG which it looks to be, you'll need to remove the front subframe to install the lines... it's a big job so make sure that is your problem before you proceed.

Wrap your lines in Aeroquip fire sleeve. You can buy it by the inch from many race supply stores. It isn't cheap but it's a lot easier than re routing fuel and oil lines.

Are you having issues with your current set up? Depending on where you're planning on running (track) and duration of sessions, you might just consider switch to another pad compound since the ITR...

Which corner did this occur in? Assuming this was on the GP track if you're going through the corner at 120kmh. Was it full lock to the right when it occured?

Only thing the shop left out was jack the front of your car as high as you can to help bleed the system of all air bubbles while running engine

I think a major contributor to the high dB level is that the track is mostly WOT, averaging over 90mph.
