Ill add my .02. First poplar is not a hardwood. its just as soft as pine so pick another kind.

The easiest and cheap way to fix the cancer is to buy 2 rust-free front fenders. Junkyard or chinese...

I found a pulley on a 90 integra.

The down side is it has provisions for V belts on the AC and power steering and only a 3 rib belt for the alternator. I took the V belt pulley off the power...

Leak down test.
or a block tester, but you can get false positives with any chemical tester if used improperly.

Neither of those will give you 100% that it is the sleeves and not just a head...

You'd be surprised. All of the fab guys I know personally started out apprenticing. That usually involves a lot of bitch work like sharpening drill bits. If you get the angle wrong you just start...

Really it reduces the pressure the chra sees by not allowing as much oil into it.

Huh? theres quite a bit of info on that site from tearing up and refinishing concrete to install pex in new and old concrete. More people have done similar projects like this then you would think

I also had a revhard crack in the same spot. I drilled the ends of the crack, heated it, welded it. Never had a problem again
