man I have mine lowered 2.5 inchs and i had a offset of +38 and I just made it so you should be fine.

sorry I must have read wrong before but i have done the research and me and my tech are sure it is the cylinder wall and the coating on the pistons. and if there is anyone who does not believe me...

you have a coating on your pistons and you cylinder walls called (frm) this wares down over time comin problem with the h22.

OK this is what is going on, my motor is burning oil and i mean too much (And I know ludes burn a lot of oil) my problem is the coating on the cylinder walls (frm) is coming off and i need to get it...

i got a neuspeed header for like 350 canadian so that would be with in your price range but i did got it for a deal so look around there are lots to choose from spend your money wisly you will regret...

with the sh you ether upgrade both or just the springs

well that is all good stuff but from what my tech has been telling me is that h22 are prone to this problem because of the frm when i bought the car from the dealer ship there was a greddy cat back...
