Where the car is lowered now, is a far as it can go on those springs, I really want to lower it to a total of about 2 inches or 2.5 inches, but I can't with the current spring setup.

You could just set them back to 0, but to be positive 100% you should check with a timing gun. Either way, it won't be retarded enough to mess it up

I didn't mean it quit spinning after 50 mph, but its not spinning at the speed of 50 mph when you are doing 50 mph, so whatever the speed in which it spins, it is not entirely making the same trip. ...

Yes, it may be spinning while you are stopped, and it may be spinning while you are moving, but it's definitely not spinning at above 50 mph, so the mileage kind of equalizes out. So around 100K...
