Looking at buying an Integra

There's an integra for sale at a lot near my place for $5,500. It's a 98 LS 5 speed with 131,xxx. It also has a 3 month/3000 warranty. The lot owner said the previous owner didn't change the timing...

What does the S stand for between L and D on an hx? I know it doesn't have gears, so what does that mean besides slow?

I just bought a 99 civic hx and have been noticing it is only getting about 20 mpg average.. it's throwing a code for the egr valve. I was wondering if that could be the reason for the poor gas...

So, I just bought a 99 hx coupe with 133,000 on it. I was wondering if that engine is an interferance engine or not... and about what the cost would be to get it replaced with the water pump as well?

Well I brought my head to the shop yesterday to have my head put on when the mechanic noticed there weren't any caps for the cams. And since they're specific to that particular head I'm screwed...

I hit a coon at about 90 one time....kinda dented the downpipe...lol it was funny when my car was on the lift gettin new exhaust put on and it had a big dent on the pipe.
