Xero, thank-you for your very complete answer. It seems that i have to go spend some time with the hds tool and a mechanic!
I hope it all is going to work out a lot easier than i thought it would...

ok, as far is i've read the ek's in the state didn't and the 99-00 integra's did have them.
Even if i use a obd2a ecu they have the immo in it, so wont be able to do that either.

Yeah, but the USDM ecu's / cars dont have the immobilizers



The techs have the HDS tool. He is the one who suggested to me he MIGHT be able to adjust the immobilizer in such way that i will be...

Xero, the idea was to swap over the ecu, immobilizer, transponder, and key from the donor car. That way it's going to work for sure!!
But now the 2 cars have different immo's its a smal bump.

I'm in the process of swapping a b16a2 and i think i'm going to get some troubles with the immobilizer.

The engine is a b16a2 complete with ECU obd2b out of a 99 EK4 and it's going into a 96 EK3...

OBD2B b16a2 into OBD2A car

I'm in the process of preparing a swap in my 96 civic which came with the d15z6 OBD2A.
I've sold the d15z6 with all the complete wiring so can't use that.

The B16a2 i got came from a ukdm rhd 99...

Would a aftermarket exhaust really ad that much power over a ctr exhaust on a stock
b16.

It sounds like you have the optional Honda alarm installed. What kind of remote do you have? Plain square black, with one button?

Any one else here who has this?

I also have the keyless, but not the blinking :)

I swapped the bases because it changes the angle of the mirror. This way you can see as much as in a OEM mirror.
