I did everything mentioned (cleaning the iavc, fitv, and tb) and my 92 accord dx still idles from 1300-2000. Anything else i may be missing?

Hello everyone.. I tried bleeding my brakes on a 92 accord and started with the front driver side. I bled it all the way til no fluid was coming out ( i believe i bled it too much).. and after words...

I just got done cleaning the IACV, and adjusting the FITV, and the car still idles high at startup then the idle fluctuates from 1100 to 2100. Am i not doing something right?
