Thanks! I thought that was the case, but didnt remove any of the plastic splashguards under the bumper/radiator to take a super close inspection.

Changing the oil for the first time in my new Fit. I don't see any lift point (i.e. front crossmember) for my floor jack. Rear tow hook is present though ...

Sorry - never heard of "facelift" before. Just noticed you're in NZ... I'll defer on exact US-JDM differences in hood/latch area to someone who knows (I'm not sure)

Not sure what type of EF you've got...here's how I had to modify a Koyo to fit in my 91 CRX SI. Basically just hacksawed off the areas indicated.

Interesting - I would have thought you'd need a rebore and new pistons after 215K miles? Any serious wear on the cam and rocker arms? Wristpins are pressed in/out.

Good suggestions the previous...

Helm's manual does not show how to replace the UBJ and Honda Parts online (Manchester, San Leandro, etc.) does not sell the ball joint separately. I'm assuming you need to replace the control arms...

Seafoamed my rex at 220,000 just before my smog (re)test to help bring down the NOx. Slowly put in 1/2 can in through the brake booster.

Noticed a big difference in throttle response immediately....
