Oh, and when i was working something around my ITBs, i put paper towels in the velocity stacks so 'drit' wouldn't get in. And yes, i forgot to take those paper towels out when starting the motor....

Well, i had my valve cover sand blasted... Looked shiney when i got it back, so i put it on and didn't paint it at all. Heh, the saddest thing was that there was still some sand in the cover ...

The thing you're doing wrong and the reason why the crank won't spin is probably a cheap torque wrench!!! Get it calibrated. Even if it is new, for your own good get it calibrated.

TB from A6 works for sure. Not sure about fuel rail, but i think it doesn't work. Dizzy from A6 absolutely does not work. Timing belt is longer. I don't know D16A1 but i think most parts will work...

I have a fully built DOHC ZC engine with individual throttle bodies and OBD0 ECU. This way the ECU has to be tuned with TPS and not MAP sensor. My tuner said that in TurboEdit he could only tune it...
