I would only buy it to resell it. It doubt it would fit on a d series. If it did you would probably have to get a itr throttle cable and a different IAC valve.

I would buy the tranny with the lsd if a rebuild is going to cost more. You could buy two used USDM trannys for the price of the rebuild.
