Re: Stock GSR in 92 EG = So slow (sl0w eh3)
try and check your main engine/ecu ground. the one on the water neck by the dist. check and see if all the wires are on there are good.
and check all grounds on the engine. they could be loose or have dirty connections

He's mentioned already a few times that his timing is correct.

try adjusting your TPS,
I had the same problem as you, my car was slow as crud
I changed the injectors, then adjusted the TPS to .5v at idle and .45 at WOT
and then it ran like a champ.
jus something to try..

Becasue its 7 pages!
Anyway my first GSR was slow too. Here are the problems I found.
- My Main engine ground was loose.
- The head did not have gsr cams in it To this day I still don't know what they are. You could totally see a difference between them and a stock GSR cam which I later put it. THANKS RazeDesign. you guys suck.
- The ECU I had wouldn't open the secondaries. I was given some POS chipped p06. I had to go find my own P72 and run the wire to control the secondaries. I also had to run the wire for the knock sensor. I'm sure someone covered this but just in case; You can't really hear vtec at ~4,400 but you should totally be able to hear the secondaries open up at ~5,800 rpm. It has been a while so someone correct me if I am wrong.
Good luck I know how frustrating it is. It took me months to find out the cams I had were ****.
