Re: Parking Brake Cable Stuck?? (ONEhaque)

If your rear shoes are probably out of adjustment, it will cause slack in the cable. Pull the rear drums and adjust the shoes until there is very light friction when installing the drum. Make sure...

Re: d16 runs hotter than normal (Boostn B20)

-Why is the fan on a switch??? If the fan is not cycling as designed, your thermo switch is probably bad. You need to look up the specs on it and do a resistance test.

Re: help fast! axle wont come out of trans (longshot)

Rotate the inner CV by hand while trying to pop it out. There is a c-clip at the end of the shaft that holds the axle into the diff. The c-clip get's wedged sometimes. If you can't get it that...

Re: 1994 LX erratic idle, overheating, dies at idle (PotatoePAPA)

I'm guessing you blew the head gasket already too. You need to do a chemical block test. You can get the tester and solution at NAPA. If it turns out that you did blow the head gasket, remember...

Re: rpm's is going crazy! (egthomas)

That's a vacuum line going from the intake manifold to the brake booster. If it had a crack in it, it would definitely cause your problem.

Re: hard to get into 1st (sinepome)

You have an adjustment at the end of the cable. Adjust it until the cluch starts to engage about a half an inch off the floor.

Re: (limit)

There are many things that can cause this to happen. Three likely possibilities are low compression, valve adjustment out of spec, and the most common, a clogged Idle Air Control Valve. Good luck.

Re: hard to get into 1st (Midori Green)

Your clutch m/c could be leaking internally or you could have air in the line. Those are two educated guesses based on the information given. Next time you try to put it into first, try stepping on...

Of course we can Mr. 1 post. Are you going to continue to be a member of H-T and contribute to the forum, or are you just saving some money by skipping out on the dealership? ...no offense.

Re: (Re3irth)

$50 per side is cheap on the labor. Factory axles are about $230.00 each, so you got aftermarket ones. They'll work fine unless you significantly upgrade your clutch and power level.

You won't...

Re: (INCNTRL4)

Re: Adjusting coilovers dont have the tool help! (Frost7177)

The tires should be off the ground, you need to take the pressure off the springs or you'll just be making it harder on yourself. Don't forget that your camber and toe are going to be off if you...

Re: Cam Seal Install (1BADEGDC2)
