well you do realize that you'll be screwing the big heavy subwoofer into that front panel, so it has the weight of the sub on it as well as the stresses the other panels undergo.... i'd say just go...

As far as i know, 5th gen accords are prone to having the ac condensor (or something or other in the ac) clog up near the passenger side, resulting in water pouring out under the passenger side dash....
