Stock fpr or aftermarket? Is the fpr bolted to the rail? If so there is a small vac line and the bigger return on the bottom.

if you do upgrade to the bigger fan, you might want to go ahead and ground the relay directly to the chassis and bypass the stock wiring all together

this diagram should work just fine BUT with a low amp fan, i dont see why you would need to wire it directly at. can't you just plug the spal fan directly to the factory harness? the factory relay...

can you clarify this statement? are you sure the wg is connected properly? Sounds like you a purely overboosting, not creeping.

yes, if you don't have a scanner you can have a local parts store scan the ecu just to be sure

is your VIN within the range of the service bulletin? i would check to make sure its the block, could be a coolant hose that has cracked and just needs to be replaced?

This sounds like the main problem to me...you have to tell hondata what you want the boost controller to do.

One thing I didn't see mentioned is which solenoid you are using (3 port or 4 port)? ...

what rpm is the car idling at? are you sure the wideband sensor didnt go out showing incorrect AFR?

agreed. also 23" is right around the same size as a 195/55/15 tire so you shouldn't need to change ride height much. the width might be more of an issue since it looks like you are tucking the tire...

i just run a mechanical autometer, gets the job done. its really just for reference, the s300 datalogs are used for fine tuning.

i couldnt justify a $125 price difference for electric boost...
