Definitely nothing to worry about, probably from the seals for changing between which vents are open (defrost vs. floor vs. bi-level, etc). Happens to me every once in a while too, yay for aging...

Sounds like you have a good plan...and no, there is no need to remove the front bumper cover. In fact, I'm not sure that would help you much at all. There is a splash guard just behind the bumper...

I used radiators.com for my 94 accord, got a replacement with a lifetime warranty shipped to my door for 100 bucks next day.

just did the replacement so I can't comment on longevity, but so far so...

Camber is the way your tires are "tilted" towards or away from the car...like so:

FYI, the Cincinnati and Western Ohio SCCA regions are both planning PDX's at this fantastic new venue this year. Cincinnati already has a confirmed date, WOR's is apparently very very close.

Any basic service manual (Haynes, Chilton, etc.) will have that information for you. Those will be available for about 10 bucks at any auto parts store. Also, autozone.com has some basic service...
