Default Brake Lights stuck on, not switch

As the title states, my 94 EX has its brake lights stuck on.

Background: I was having issues with the circuit and was blowing a fuse so was driving without brake lights for a while without realizing it (turned out to be a short in one of my horns so that's disconnected for the time being). I suspected the brake light switch so I bought a new one and replaced it. Now that the fuse isn't blown and the switch has been replaced, my brake lights are stuck on.

Thoughts? Ideas? I'm at a loss here.

Could be the brake light switch actuator that turns the brakes lights off when you release the brake pedal. It's actually a small plastic thing with one flat end and a pointed end opposite that depresses the button that turns the brake lights off. If it has broken, you might even find pieces of it rolling around in the drivers side footwell. It's going to be white or blueish color. Cheap part to replace. Known by Honda as a "Pedal Pad"
