if youre talking about putting a d series into the hatch, look around the forced induction forum. there are a lot of posts about d series turbo AND supercharger (dyno, how-to installation, etc).

unfortunately you can forget about NA on a sohc. the only real way to make power is by forced infuction (supercharger or turbo). many people will tell you to go turbo for big number - but also...

to my knowledge the 89-91 hondas are obd0, meaning you have to swap the car to obd1. so i think it means buying a jumper harness to convert to obd1 - i know rywire has them.

I know welding the oil return to the pan is pretty easy, but in honesty I's rather have the project a DIY (and I can't weld). So my question is what material do you use for a weld-less oil pan?

from what i hear, it depends on the tune and the psi. if the engine is fine (can pass a compresson and leak test) then everything stock should be fine till around 6-8 psi.

How worried should I be / should I worry about the intercooler blocking the radiator? I've seen setups where the whole intercooler takes up the bumper opening and I have seen somewhere the IC hangs...
