If the CEL just stays on and doesn't flash a code, that means that your ECU isn't getting power. Check all the wiring back to the fuse box, check your fuses, you should find something wrong there.

The pulleys were on the car when I bought it, otherwise I never would have even considered spending money on them. The AEM alternator pulley is a 5 rib and I'm guessing the shop that did my swap also...

ok so when I did my swap, me being a dumbass used my AEM pulleys from my H23 on my H22A (different offsets) and now I'm having problems... my alternator belt keeps screwing up (no AC) so I took it...
