I would try a new o2 sensor if it hasnt already been replaced after the seafoam. Sounds like you might have a doner car as well - maybe try swapping all good working parts and sensors one at a time?

Did you change plugs before or after seafoam treatment? My thought is that had to have fouled something - the primary o2 sensor seems like it would be sensitive to seafoam.

Seems like you are on the right path. Is there any fuel in your vac lines - check the vacuum hose at the top of the FPR for any signs of gas. Is there a rich gas odor from tail pipe at all?

Fuel pressure regulator? Check for vacuum leaks? Grounds are good? Clean out throttle body?
