D16 tranny; seperate bellhousing from gearbox?

I need to isolate just the bellhousing of a D16 transmission. I took out ~14 12mm bolts holding the two casings together. They seperate about 1/2 inch but they are clearly still fastened somehow...

Accessory belt tensioner removal on 98 accord v6

Ok so my brother thought the alternator was bad on his accord, turns out the belt was broken. So i put on a new belt and it starts to melt and smoke and turns out the accessory belt tensioner pulley...
