Guess I'm an old timer...

My 95 has been restored for a couple years now and I still daily it 50% of the time. After a recent head rebuild I did it gets 34 combined MPG!

You've "done hundreds", and that's where prep time comes into play. It sounds like you are painting bumpers professionally, so you need to get them done as fast and as cheap as possible without...

Something like POR-15 / Rust Bullet is going to be MUCH tougher than any Rust-oleum junk.

They can go on top of any primer, or will also work without a primer at all if the metal is prepped...

Why does it need a reflector 'shield'? A normal bulb has 360° of illumination...

Sorry, but those LED headlight bulbs are ONLY meant for use as DRLs (daytime running lights), not headlight replacements.

I would replace all your bulbs with some OEM parts in order to fix your...

Just look up the part number from a place like hondaautomotiveparts.com using their diagrams. Then you can either buy from them or find the same OEM parts on some other site you prefer.

If it was my car I would rather have the primer done the right way rather than whatever low-budget method Certifit uses...but that's just a personal preference.

It's virtually impossible to even locate a 92-96 Prelude without a sunroof, and a skin is even harder. Believe me that was my first thought...

Sideskirts take a lot more abuse though. Uncatalyzed paints are not going to be as durable against rocks and curbs and such.

Those cans generally do somewhere around 15 square feet each, so you should get at least 1 coat depending on overspray, thickness, etc.

I doubt that cheap stuff is going to last very long though...
