Yes you can. Use a satin clear. I know BASF RM Diamont has system codes for flat, satin, semi-gloss clears.

Visually inspect the part for flaws.

Wash with hot soapy water.

If you can, bake the part, then wash again.

Wax/degrease.

Abrade.

I wouldn't use Rage Gold either in this case, misapplication imo. I would use Poly-Flex for a skim filler on a flexible bumper, also a good 2K primer w/ flex additive if available.

If your filling holes, you really need to do it right to make it look good after paint and lessen the chance of it cracking easily or sinking in. Your not going to get away with just using a glaze...
