Icon3 Valve Adjustment Gone Wrong

i was adjusting the valves on my 99 4 cylinder and using a screw driver to find tdc, the screwdriver jammed and broke the tip off in the cylinder, any advice on how to remove the item in the cylinder...

i have an h22 with an m2a4 trans and it is stuck in 5th gear, i have tried yanking on it but it will not budge, am i looking at a tranny rebuild or what are some other possibilites, thanks
