Its only seriosly richer in vtec, the lower lobe fueling is still around 11.8 in boost. Boost comes in around the same RPM, but the car just doesnt pull hard, then vtec engages and goes alot richer....

Whats the battery voltage reading on S300...

Whats the battery voltage reading on S300 display? If its below 13.5v check the alternator/ charging circuit. Low battery voltage can cause all the symptoms you are having.
