what should my fuel pressure be at?

i have a b&m regulator and a dc sports rail my fuel pressure is it 40 on stock cams and almost every bolt on, am i losing power or wat should be the best psi to run my gsr at?

i just purchased a 8lbs findanza flywheel, and a stage 3 Clutch master clutch. i have herd that with the lightweight flywheel i will get better revs but i will fall of cam when shifting at high rpms,...
