what should my fuel pressure be at?

what should my fuel pressure be at?
i have a b&m regulator and a dc sports rail my fuel pressure is it 40 on stock cams and almost every bolt on, am i losing power or wat should be the best psi to run my gsr at?

Dyno tuning is the only way to get it perfect. With the extra air in the engine you will need more fuel.

my bad
48-55 psi with fpr vacuum hose disconnected and pinched. that's for a STOCK engine.
