hmm, i found a 02 type S with a knock in the motor for 2500$ 140k miles. going to go take a look tomarrow. if the shell is in good condition i can get a local 60k type-s swap for 1500$

this happend after i installed my s2 shifter also... the both that goes threw the bottom of the shifter got really really loose, get under and tightin it up. bet that helps alot.
