how does your coolant level look? ii would start with the coolant flush if you know it hasn't been done in a long time, and see if the low coolant/air in system, would have been the culprit.

sounds like iacv is bad if it only does it until warm up. bleed coolant like said and if not, try another iacv.

was it running fine before you changed the starter? fuel psi should be a few psi higher, but shouldn't be a huge deal. do you have an adjustable regulator? also are the plug wires in the right...

iacv : just clean the two ports with carb cleaner. carbon builds up inside.

my thought would be double-check tps and make sure no vacuum leaks.

well the pistons will still go up and down except the valves wont. honda motors dont have enough clearance if the valve was stuck open to clear and the piston will bend the valves possibly.

lots of white smoke out of the exhaust, low on coolant, and overheating sounds like headgasket to me.

check to see if your coolant has oil in it and vice versa.

the rotor did not turn ?? sounds like a timing belt issue possibly. i dont think id crank it anymore.
