My car is 2 degrees camber in the front (99 civic) and I've driven like that for over two years, and gone through three sets of tires. My toe is always zero'd out in the front.

I second that, you do need the Y8 throttle bracket for sure. I found out the hard way (missed a day of work cause Honda didn't have it in stock).

FWIW, I did the swap a few months ago and used a 7/8" MC on a 99 Civic DX hatch (13/16" stock size) with 95 integra gsr brakes all around.
Pedal travel is great, very solid and firm.

I had an extremely stubborn axle once too! Get the biggest pry bar you can find (I had to go and buy a 2.5ft pry bar) and pry, rotate, pry, rotate until it eases out. It just takes time and patience....
