The lighter the flywheel the faster your engine revs up. However, because of this you will experience less torque (pulling sensation).

I would suggest the 12.5lb flywheel.

If you dont have a plan of what you want to do with your car ie NA or Turbo...better save your money. All those parts you listed are going to be $$$.

If you buy a hondata you dont need a VAFC.
