The 2012-2015 si tranny will be not optimal for the k20a2.Its far easier to go with a lsd 06-2010 si tranny internal in a rsx 02-04 case:)

370cc injector is a pretty small injector size these days.
-Go to about 0.035 inch spark plug gaps
-Be about around 0.86 lambda
-Should be 20-30% more fuel on your fuel table
its a fun fuel to...

With that list of parts and m1 fuel you will be in you range no prob.You need to have a bigger pump and at least 1000cc injectors.

Valve lift at tdc?Your valve are close and the cam will be on the base circle this way!Degree the cam the right way on the vtec lobe sir.More time but you will be 100% sure of what your cam gear...

Ive built one of those combo.It needed a 0.051 inch head gasket since the piston was 0.017 out of the hole.

Are you sure that the crank girdle/caps came from this original motor?I saw that in the past someone installed another crank caps/girdle from another block.Get some plastigauge for check you...

Shave the small end of the rod about 0.040 inch per side.Its the same practice with ctr piston on b16a rod :)

9 inch wide slick is pretty the max that you could install whitout any problem(stock eg-ek fenders)...8 inch its no big deal!Keep in mind that your ride height is another key factor.

With a cam this big on the primary lobe(pro 2).I dont mind running this engine with 12.5 cr piston.I run 13.0 cr on 94 octane with ultra 2.

You dont check piston to valve clearance at TDC.You need to check with two complete cycle on the bench before removing your cylinder head.In my own engine (k series ultra 2 cam)my p2v was 0.090 inch...

this cam is very small (tuner 1) try a pro2 with a pro series intake manifold and you will see a great gain if the cam are degreed right ;)
