belt sander for angling pipes what they called?

I am looking for a belt sander that can sand the ends of the pipes to create a angle or circle to mate on top of a pipe ie for making chopper frames, roll cages etc... i cant quite get the correct...

h22 in eg engine rocking under deaccelration and low rpm driving

i know since of tight space in the front, theres no front mount at all. only 3 mounts holding the motor instead of normally 4 on preludes.

so every time i let off the gas it will rock flat...

if the conversion is done correctly, it can be used on a SOHC VTEC motor or DOHC too? if so i dont understand how a SOHC ECU can be used on a DOHC when there are 2 cams. and different graphs.

I went to walmart and got this 9 dollar oil pressure gauge, and hooked it up. It was idling high due to i think i have the vaccum lines hooked up wrong, and it read almost 75psi around 2,000-2500...

the motor started, but the oil light stays on.... i have to wait til tomorrow to get a oil pressure gauge and check the pressure. or is there something else i need to do? i already hooked up the oil...
