Turns on a 93 del Sol is a little stiffer then you'd think. I did have to apply about 100lbs or so of force to lift it off the ground.

Ohlms Law. V=IR. In this case we want I to stay constant and Voltage to drop. In order to do this a resistor that is less then one will reduce the voltage.
