I'll remove the oil pan and check for clogged screens. If it's not this, next would be to check the oil pump.

Any info checking and removal of oil pump...

Hey I have the same issue with my 4th gen lude that I just bought last week. The oil light will flash for some time, and while I'm still driving it will go away. It's comes and goes without any sign...

Here are some pics of the damaged on the Mugen header. The heat shield sustained the most damaged, but the header itself is more of a scratch then a dent. It is dented, but very slightly.

*** SOLD *** ($350) Mugen header come off my 2000 Integra GSR, and it's the best header I've used. It has a slight dent on the heat shield, also a slight dent on the header itself.

Sounds similar to the problem I had. If you can, try a compression test, and see if you're compression is good. Could be a bent valve, worse case, bad piston rings.
