how to replace spark plug seals?

anyone knows how to remove the old spark plug seals off the valve cover? they are stuck on there good and impossible to just pull them out by hand. i need to put new ones on there

jacked the wheel up and grabbed it on the top & bottom & shoke it. This rattle noise is louder after letting off the gas and more apparent above 30mph

yes i have power steering, it's not wheel bearing because i jacked it up and shoke the wheel, there was no play. that noise sounds like something is vibrating under the car. A buzz or rattle

i got jdm fogs for 05-06 that came with a switch harness that looks slightly different than the acura one, it doesn't have a 12 pin connector and a switch harness terminal as mentioned in the acura...
