when you filling your Rad. did you have the heat on? sounds like you may have air in the heater core. as for the fan...are you sure that the fan motor/wires goingto it work?

you would need 2 check valves but the real problem would be the return line....you would almost need some sort of manual valve to keep the Cell fuel from returning to the tank and one to keep the...

did you try the filter? since you have the tank down you could pull the pump out have someone try to start the car and while they do this listen for the pump. if it runs you got a blockage somewhere...
