RSX Engine Removal

In the oem 02-05 rsx service manual it says to drop the motor out of the bottom. Has anyone personally removed the motor from the top?

They are M&H slicks. Why would the overall size of the slick be off? Is this common?

I put screws in the slicks, one tire does loose air but it takes all night, that wheel is also the left...
