You're getting a 2.5" header. It doesn't make sense to combine it with a 60mm exhaust. Get a 2.5" exhaust and call it a day.

Seems like exhausts, in general, tend to sound raspy during the first drive and the first VTEC crossover of the day. They start to sound mellower after getting warmer.
