Look it's quite obvious you just don't want the other brackets cuz even if they are EK brackets, you'd still be able to bolt a Recaro to it. Infact, you'd still be able to mount it into an EG/DC...

Ok thanks. Even if he does have a different bolt pattern, how is that my fault? I gave him a picture of the rails and precise measurements of the holes, center to center.

BTW, the EK guys can't even say if they are in fact EK rails but if they were, only 3 of the bolt holes line up to the chassis and the inner rail would have to be switched for all 4 to mount. Again,...
