Spring Compressor Needed to put in OEM Shocks/Springs?

I am putting my OEM suspension back in on my 01 Integra. Do I need a spring compressor to put it back?

I was thinking that I can put the shock/spring in the car and jack up the arms to compress...

Alright, I will just end up putting the two pieces of the bumpstop together..

Yeah I have ordered the rubber spring mount. It was only $8.00

Okay, I have found some other posts of people going back to stock whom have also cut the bumptops with their previous setup. It looks like it is okay to put in the cut bumpstop with the OEM...

I don't think this just ocurred. Oil doesn't look old at all, and could be months or even years of buildup. Doesn't really smell like oil either, but seems like there may be sand or some of grit...

I have a 2001 Acura Integra LS with 92,000 miles on it. I was looking under the hood today and noticed black grime on the bottom of the block where the header is. There was this black tar like oil...

My Car Died... Help!

My car did not start today, I did not leave the lights on either.

I'll post up my 24V Cordless Impact wrench rated at 300lbs/ft torque. It pulls everything that I've thrown at it, and I haven't charged the battery in almost a month and it still goes strong.

The middle perch is perfectly fine.

Which jack point did you use to raise the car?

You should be jacking it up on the front to fully have the springs loose.

Front:
8" Free Length, 2.5" Diameter, 330lbs/in
Or

Rear:

I believe the standard kit comes with 8" and 7" length springs. Usually the 7" goes in the rear and 8" in the front.

Jack up the car and tell us what the part #'s are on the springs, then we can...

Did you install the rear springs in the front and vise vera?

It should be fairly easy to move up and down when you have the car jacked up.
